The EcoReadyMasuria announced a competition for Demonstration Farms interested in testing innovative solutions in their farms that will help them increase production efficiency and prepare for climate challenges.
The winners of the competition received:
The application period lasted from January 14, 2025, to January 28, 2025, and in the "milk" category until February 24, 2025.
test of soil biopreparations
test of conditioned nations
test of feed herb mixtures
test of mixed cultivation of sunflower and corn
morus mulberry as a new source of feed
including the purchase of necessary materials (biopreparations, mulberry seedlings, forage herbs), access to data from the agrometeorological station in the field, and funding for agricultural services (for an area of up to 2000 m²)
2000 PLN (~470 EUR)
joining the group of Demonstration Farms, which together with partners EcoReadyMasuria will develop recommendations for the future EU agricultural policy
advice and scientific support from specialists at the University of Warsaw, CBI Pro-Academy, and experienced partners
research results on soil quality, yields, biodiversity, or milk quality
new technologies and agricultural practices
